The September Antic Follies night of Cabaret, Burlesque, Comedy and Swing at Jamboree. “…the dirty alternative to Soho’s glitz, a diabolical night of cabaret and burlesque. Experience the rusty harbour glamour of Limehouse and the magic junk-shop contours of Jamboree, whilst the Antic Follies roster of cabaret and burlesque performers titillate and tease.”

Special guest performers:

John Crow! Poet, actor, singer and shaman, John Crow (the trickster double of playwright John Constable) is the creator of The Southwark Mysteries, and a true legend of the London underground scene.

Scarlett O’Hora! Scandalous and infamous burlesque belle, flapper and tap-dancing temptress, Scarlett O’Hora is a denizen of the queerlesque super troupe, the Familyyy Fierce Collective, and one of the creators of LADS – A new queer night, in a new queer venue to showcase the talented and diverse female performers on the cabaret scene.

Plus regular performers:

Luce Lemons
– amazing fire hoop artiste

Tom Baker – accordionist, louche cabaret impressario and disturbing ventriloquist

Dominic Jones and Jake Stevens – sketch comedy and cabaret weirdos.

And live music from:

The Burning Glass! “The Burning Glass are a four piece acoustic band that play powerful storytelling pop music. Edwin Brooks writes songs that tell stories and make people laugh, tap their toes, and even occasionally cry. The band use tuned percussion, ukulele, double bass, electric guitar, drums and lots of singing to bring these songs to life and have for the past 6 years been gathering fans on the UK festival circuit”
