Inspired by the magic of a wind-up gramophone and a box of old 10inch Jazz records, The Gramophone Jass Band performs music of a bygone era. Reinventing classics of the prohibition speakeasies, The Gramophone Jass Band are set to entertain.They play the sweet dulcet tones and the toe tapping jazz hits of the 1920’s to 30′, inspired by a mix of old and contemporary artists such as The Dixie Six, Kid Ory, Louis Armstrong, Bix Beiderbeck, The New Orleans Jazz Vipers and Pokey Lafarge.
