FIREFAY

Like all good things it’s taken some time for psychedelic folk & world band Firefay to take shape. It all started with Carole & Béné meeting in London and writing songs together, with Adam’s help on guitar and arrangements. Béné went back to France, and Carole finally decided to sing her own words. Other people joined, came and went, and some stayed, too. We wrote a lot, we discarded a lot, we learned a lot on the way.

MARK HARRISON

Mark is a thrilling, rhythmic finger-picker and slide player, with a very distinctive style and sound, playing a 1934 National resonator guitar and a 12-string guitar. He has been described as ‘one of the UK’s foremost stripped back blues performers’
