Space at the Table: Samba Jam!

Rio De Janeiro’s version of a Cockney Knees-up. Communal, convivial and utterly joyous, the Space at the Table band bring Brazil’s homespun samba culture to the UK. Drink beer, share smiles, sing songs and shake your bumbum to traditional and not-so-traditional tunes played around a table, and find out for yourself why Brazilians are the happiest people in the world!

Rooted in the ancestral rhythms of Afro-Colombian Bullerengue and Native Indigenous Gaita, his music weaves together ceremonial chants, pulsating drums and rich natural textures to create a hypnotic soundscape.

Our weekly traditional Jamboree Celtic session! Come and enjoy listening in to the warmth and beauty of this special music with us. The session features established musicians on the London trad session scene, playing mainly Irish tunes with a few Scottish and other related traditional styles thrown in.
We also have a HAPPY HOUR between 5 and 7pm.
