Where does inspiration come from? What is duende? Is there a ghost who activates the offshoots of genius? Come and find out at Poetry Mondays through the songs and poems of London’s fieriest underground artists.
The night explores the relationship between lyrics and poems and hosts some of the most interesting songwriters in the UK, and is a reference point for underground lyrical verse and alternative folk singer-songwriters. This month features Morton Valence’s singer Robert Hacker, poet Sophie Reid, Elliot Hall, Abby Nocon, Madeline Thorpe, Gabriel Moreno and many other underground sensations.
