A Saturday afternoon Workshop and Jam Session – roots music, folk and trad from all corners of the world. Today includes a Bulgarian song workshop at 1:30pm, followed by an acoustic roots music jam until 5pm. As it’s also Eid and Nowruz, the sessioners will celebrate what unites us – beautiful songs, joy and music! Bring your instruments, and your Bulgarian, Irish, Persian, Kurdish, Middle Eastern tunes and songs (and more!)…
Flotsam Sessions is an open space to share, express, connect and collaborate through music, and is open and welcome to all! The afternoon will start with a song learning workshop, giving those who join a chance to learn an international folk song with a talented guest musician. The workshop is followed by an acoustic jam session. Bring your instruments (or voice!) to play along, or simply come and enjoy the music with us.
Jamboree food option: Our ‘Zer’ kitchen is open from 5pm serving delicious Middle Eastern fusion food for you to enjoy a pre-gig meal/snack if you wish! Find the menu HERE!
