The Kamao Quintet take their inspiration from the legacy of the great Django Reinhardt and traditional Manouche and Romani or more informally, gypsy music. Manouche beautifully combines jazz with the warmth and liveliness of its cultural roots.

Creating a beautiful and rich sound with haunting harmonies, clarinet, violin, gypsy guitars and double bass. From the liveliest waltzes to atmospheric gypsy ballads; the guitars growl and purr warmly beneath captivating instrumental improvisations.
