Saturday night with the fantastic Balkan Hot Club presenting the sounds of Bulgarian, Kurdish and Greek music in their own inimitable style. The band is led by the maverick Mr Morski, a legend in his homeland of Bulgaria, and a legend of Jamboree.
In support is Turkish folk singer-songwriter Djanan Turan. With a soulful voice that knows no boundaries, Djanan’s stories, written in both English and Turkish, will take us on a journey that transcends language and culture, also treating us to some Turkish folk classics along the way, accompanied by atmospheric guitar and haunting synths.
