Featuring a rich, versatile line-up of clarinet, trumpet, violin, French horn, accordion, poyk, and a shared tuba, headliners Hop Skotshne klezmer band are a 6-piece ensemble breathing fresh life into Eastern European Jewish wedding music. The band combines authentic traditional style with fascinating arrangements and inventive flair. From slow, aching doinas to roof-raising freylekhs, their infectious energy blurs the line between the stage and the dance floor, taking you on an unforgettable journey that will have you laughing, crying, and dancing the night away
In support, Yiddiomatikh (Paul and Ailsa) perform traditional and contemporary Yiddish songs with heart and commitment, taking this rich and beautiful repertoire as far as the remote Caucasus mountains.
