A Friday night of RAKA’s irresistible melodies and heavy, foot-stompin’ Balkan bangers with a focus on the folk traditions of Bulgaria, Macedonia and Romani cultures. Tonight the band will also be collaborating with singers from the London Bulgarian Choir!
Raka are one of the UK’s most dynamic Balkan outfits. The 8-piece ensemble has a strong focus on the folk traditions of Bulgaria and Macedonia, as well as the Romani music that spans far and wide across the Balkans. The band’s unmistakable groove brings everyone to their feet! This promises to be a night full of rhythms and dance!
