Ronnie Scott’s Lates: Presenting SULA

As part of a series of gigs taking the legendary energy of the Ronnie Scott’s Late Late Show out of Soho and into the beating heart of London’s grassroots music scene, the legendary jazz venue presents SULA at Jamboree. The London-based trio take inspiration from Kris Davis, Wayne Shorter, and Jeff ‘Tain’ Watts, performing original compositions and music inspired by the sounds of the UK’s contemporary jazz landscape.
The Turbans

The Turbans return to Jamboree for a magical November Sunday night. The band are a very special international collective whose music draws deeply from Arabic, Balkan, and Turkish traditions, with threads from Eastern Europe and the wider Mediterranean! Founded in folk but lit by powerful electric guitar lines, their sweeping orchestral layers and ancient oriental rhythms combine to create a psychedelic, transcendental sound. With a bold eastern sound, driving rhythmic pulse, and a striking presence, they leave audiences with little choice but to smile, dance, and shout for joy.

Celtic Session

Our weekly traditional Jamboree Celtic session! Come and enjoy listening in to the warmth and beauty of this special music with us. The session features established musicians on the London trad session scene, playing mainly Irish tunes with a few Scottish and other related traditional styles thrown in.
We also have a HAPPY HOUR between 5 and 7pm.

Jazz n’ lounge experimenters Les Hommes return with the outta-sight mood, bringing on mid-century sonic chic, ’60s Rio sambossa, percussion-heavy mondo jazz and sounds from Cinecittà. Led by organist Rory More and the visceral tones of his very vintage Lowrey organ, Les Hommes promise the grooves and vibrations lost to dusty celluloid.
